What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate millwright crews installing, maintaining, and relocating industrial machinery
• plan installation sequences involving rigging, alignment, measurement, and assembly
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients
• schedule labor, equipment, and materials
• oversee lifts, hoisting, and crane coordination
• conduct safety meetings and inspections
• resolve installation issues
• report progress
• maintain quality standards
• manage subcontractors and vendors as needed
• participate in commissioning and startup.
