What you'll do

• Develop and own the Phoenix FY31 growth plan
• lead expansion into the missile market and growth of the engine business
• develop market-entry business cases and bid/no-bid criteria
• manage strategic customer relationships and the business-development pipeline
• lead capture, forecasting, pricing, and commercial negotiations
• coordinate cross-functional pursuits and awarded-business transitions
• promote capabilities across Radius sites.
