Online Sales Support (Customer Service)

The Online Sales Support (Customer Service) role is onsite in Perrysburg, OH for six months; hybrid work, with four onsite days and one offsite day, may be considered afterward. What you'll do

• Contact customers to confirm order information
• process, return, update, and cancel sales orders
• notify customers about lead-time changes
• generate freight quotes and schedule pickups with Logistics support
• resolve customer issues
• communicate product and service information, including warranty policies and manuals
• and support continuous improvement in team performance and customer satisfaction.
