What you'll do

• Review the store’s profit and loss statement
• assist with scheduling and follow the general manager’s direction to reach cost goals
• learn menu and product knowledge
• serve guests and build connections
• oversee the restaurant and working team
• set the tone for shifts and direct staff
• supervise, mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate employees
• support or work stations, including the kitchen, as needed
• assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training
• follow cash-handling and payment procedures
• maintain health department standards, alcohol-handling policies, food handling and storage, hygiene, uniform, and appearance standards.
