What you'll do

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers
• present benefit packages to employee groups
• guide individuals in selecting insurance plans
• follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage
• build a personal book of business
• use CRM tools to track activity and performance
• obtain a state Health and Life insurance license within the first 90 days if not already licensed, with fees reimbursed and preparation support provided.
