What you'll do

• Assess assigned patients and gather relevant health information
• identify outcomes and develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
• evaluate patient progress and adapt care
• provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
• maintain aseptic technique and infection-prevention standards
• collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• assist with procedures and hospital transportation as needed
• educate patients and families
• mentor and educate colleagues and students
• maintain accurate documentation and follow safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or participating compact license, BLS, and ACLS. ATCN or TNCC is required within 18 months of hire; NIHSS is required within 30 days; CCRN is preferred. RNs hired on or after July 1, 2016 must graduate from a BSN program within six years of hire.
