Field Services Engineer, Tier 2

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• troubleshoot Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• install, configure, and support switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access
• perform hardware rollouts, imaging, upgrades, and site refreshes
• assist with server, virtualization, or cloud tasks as directed
• document incidents, configurations, and project work
• escalate complex infrastructure issues to Tier 3 or engineering teams
• troubleshoot physical infrastructure, network closets, and structured cabling.
