What you'll do

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
• complete assigned prep tasks
• assist with kitchen setup and breakdown
• maintain a clean, organized workstation
• label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• communicate shortages and equipment concerns
• operate equipment safely and follow food-safety procedures.
