What you'll do

• Independently inspect heavy civil construction activities, materials, layout, elevations, and workmanship
• conduct daily quality assurance surveillance under the USACE three-phase quality control system
• enter daily quality assurance reports in the Resident Management System within 24 hours
• attend technical reviews, progress meetings, and safety briefings
• coordinate correction of deficiencies and advise on alternative methods
• review submittals, payrolls, and quality control reports
• review as-built drawings and maintain contract documents.
