The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Greer, SC, with services delivered in homes, schools, and clinics as assigned. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. Spectrum ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily children with autism spectrum disorder. The RBT implements individualized programs under BCBA supervision, records behavioral data, and communicates client progress and observations to the supervising BCBA. The role supports consistent, evidence-based therapy and clients’ developmental progress.

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
