What you'll do

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• inspect and maintain facility systems and equipment
• record facility conditions
• follow scheduled maintenance and repair plans
• coordinate external vendors and supervise their work
• perform basic security and landscaping tasks
• make basic supply purchases.
