Integrated Care Therapist — Adult Behavioral Health

The Integrated Care Therapist role is onsite at Cape Fear Clinic in Wilmington, NC, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. Compensation is not specified. The therapist is embedded in an integrated healthcare setting, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals to provide coordinated care to adults. The role provides behavioral health services to individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring needs. It conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides therapy and clinically appropriate crisis intervention during regular business hours, and coordinates referrals and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments

• coordinate care, warm handoffs, and referrals
• provide crisis intervention as appropriate during regular business hours
• maintain clinical documentation and comply with professional and regulatory standards.
