It leads and develops Customer Advocates, monitors operational performance, supports logistics and customer-facing work, and addresses issues that could affect the customer or team experience.

What you'll do

• Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• provide feedback, performance check-ins, and goals
• recognize team accomplishments
• generate and present regular reports
• assist with vehicle washing or delivery when needed
• drive production in a customer-service environment
• improve customer and team experience
• manage complex customer-facing issues.
