Maintenance Technician II

What you'll do

• Perform intermediate maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with limited supervision
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• document maintenance activities
• assist with training Maintenance Technician I staff
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• follow safety regulations and building codes
• complete unit make-readies, inspections, repairs, lock changes, painting, and deep cleaning
• help manage supplies and equipment
• coordinate specialized repairs with external contractors
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.

Why this role
