What you'll do

• Shape enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and related tools
• partner with business and technology teams
• mentor engineers and citizen developers
• identify root causes and document outages and customer impact
• respond to application degradations and outages and lead restoration calls
• perform capacity planning for end-user environments
• coordinate end-to-end support with third-party providers
• participate in an on-call rotation and adjust schedules for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours.
