What you'll do
- Provide Community Stabilization and other behavioral health services in community settings
- complete assessments, service documentation, and progress notes
- develop and implement individualized service plans
- teach independent living, communication, coping, and problem-solving skills
- coordinate care with families, providers, hospitals, community services boards, and other resources
- participate in treatment-team meetings and clinical supervision
- maintain timely electronic documentation
- respond to crises according to agency protocols
- comply with HIPAA, Medicaid, agency, and licensing requirements.

Why this role
Applicants must meet Virginia QMHP-A requirements, including a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related behavioral health field, or other qualifications meeting Virginia DBHDS standards. Current CPR/First Aid and Crisis Wave certification, or willingness to obtain them, is required.
