The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, with full-time Monday–Friday shifts from 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Pay is $28–$43.50 per hour. Delta Blue Health and Rehabilitation is a resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The nurse provides resident care, plans and evaluates interventions, administers medications and treatments, documents care, and reports changes in condition. The role also coordinates rehabilitation needs with therapists, supports resident and family education, and monitors completion of nursing assistant assignments and documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to practice standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
• plan and evaluate resident interventions
• educate residents and families
• administer medications and treatments
• transcribe orders and chart progress
• report condition changes
• monitor skin and diagnostic testing
• coordinate rehabilitation
• monitor nursing assistant documentation and assignments.
