What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Account Management leaders
• establish performance expectations and operating rhythms
• develop talent and succession plans
• improve account planning, client communications, reviews, and escalation management
• monitor retention, satisfaction, engagement, and financial performance
• evaluate team structure and capacity
• develop scalable frameworks and reporting
• partner with Operations, Product, Sales, Finance, Clinical, Legal, and Member Services
• translate company direction into team priorities.
