What you'll do

• Monitor deliveries and review open orders
• resolve delivery blocks, push requests, zero-pick investigations, and warehouse cancellations
• investigate fulfillment issues and shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies
• monitor and resolve outbound SAP IDOC issues
• coordinate value-added services, HVR/LVR processes, and product complaint returns
• analyze distribution data and improve processes.
