Product Manager

The Product Manager role is hybrid in Southfield, MI, with an expected base salary of $110,000–$140,000 per year. The role reports to the VP of Product and supports Credibly’s lending platform, which helps small businesses access capital. The role exists to connect customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility across merchant and broker experiences, internal tools, data, and integrations. By leading product discovery, delivery, measurement, and iteration, the Product Manager helps improve lending workflows and product outcomes.

What you'll do

• Define product goals and KPIs
• lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
• learn user workflows and translate findings into problem statements
• evaluate third-party data, verification, and banking-data providers
• manage integrations with funding and capital markets partners
• write product requirements, epics, and user stories
• partner with engineering, design, and data teams
• analyze data using SQL and BI tools
• identify opportunities for automation and AI
• coordinate launches and adoption with business teams
• define acceptance criteria, support testing and UAT, and help triage issues.
