The After-School Program Staff (Resilience Coach) — Part-Time role is onsite at Thornton Central Elementary School in Thornton, NH. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:45–5:00 p.m., and pay is $20–$24 per hour based on experience and region. Innovation Learning’s school-based program supports students’ confidence, life skills, and development. The Resilience Coach helps deliver a safe and supportive after-school program through mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. The role builds positive relationships with students while supporting their safety, social-emotional growth, and daily program routines.

What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment
• promote respect, responsibility, and resilience
• support positive behavior guidance and conflict resolution
• ensure student safety and well-being
• lead enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities
• facilitate homework help and academic support
• participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play
• assist with setup, cleanup, check-in, attendance, and dismissal
• maintain an organized learning environment and follow company, licensing, and safety procedures.
