Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. The position supports ATM service and customer issue resolution for the client. The role exists to keep ATM equipment functioning by diagnosing reported problems, completing minor repairs and component replacements, and maintaining ownership of customer issues through resolution under service-level agreements.

What you'll do

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and module-level component replacement
• maintain parts inventory and records
• provide repair status reports
• diagnose ATM problems using call information and error logs
• follow security and safety procedures
• report calls and activity accurately
• complete client-specific training and certifications.
