What you'll do

• Follow case manager instructions and review case materials
• conduct video surveillance and obtain covert footage
• conduct assigned investigations such as recorded statements, scene inspections, activity checks, and document collection
• write timely case notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• communicate assignment progress to case managers
• maintain confidentiality.
