Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments
• prepare deposits and financial reports
• review vendor invoices
• review resident files and accounting records
• communicate about outstanding balances and delinquencies
• process resident move-outs
• follow up on maintenance requests
• promote community features
• address resident concerns
• act as onsite supervisor when the Property Manager is absent.
