What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, and develop studio team members
• oversee sales performance, staffing, operations, budgets, and expenses
• monitor and report business metrics
• drive membership growth, class utilization, and ancillary revenue
• coordinate marketing and sales initiatives
• address member concerns
• conduct studio audits
• maintain facility, equipment, inventory, and brand standards
• coordinate maintenance and vendor needs.
