Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Repair apartments and common areas
• prepare vacant apartments
• perform snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, and landscaping
• order maintenance equipment and supplies
• keep records and accept deliveries
• move appliances
• apply plumbing, electrical, appliance, and apartment-turn experience.
