Motorcoach Fleet Manager

What you'll do

• Own fleet maintenance planning, vendors, and data
• forecast maintenance against OEM intervals and usage
• manage maintenance budgets and variance reporting
• coordinate corrective maintenance
• maintain Fleetio and Samsara records
• manage parts procurement and partner invoices
• schedule vehicle work and assignments
• manage warranties, recalls, and service bulletins
• maintain vehicle files
• report fleet readiness and maintenance KPIs
• ensure regulatory compliance and inspections.
