The Scrum Master facilitates and improves Agile execution across Mobile and Cloud software teams, focusing on sprint ceremonies, backlog health, delivery metrics, and coaching. The role helps Engineering, Product, and Program Management surface risks, coordinate dependencies, and build sustainable delivery practices suited to regulated and design-control requirements.

What you'll do

• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across Mobile and Cloud
• coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices
• report sprint delivery metrics
• maintain visibility into cross-team dependencies and blockers
• standardize ceremony structures and metric definitions with Engineering leadership
• flag capacity, ceremony, and ownership risks to Program Management.
