What you'll do

• Develop and execute change-management plans for enterprise technology and AI initiatives
• conduct stakeholder, readiness, and impact assessments
• create communications and training materials
• coordinate meetings, training, and feedback
• support AI governance policies and use-case reviews
• maintain AI use-case documentation
• partner with legal, privacy, security, compliance, data, and technology teams
• support governance groups
• track adoption and governance indicators
• prepare reports and recommendations.
