What you'll do

• Implement and maintain kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
• help train kitchen employees
• support back-of-house scheduling and staffing
• ensure safe equipment operation and sanitation practices
• maintain cleaning schedules and equipment condition
• oversee ordering and receiving against specifications
• ensure food is prepared to company recipes and standards
• manage food cost, storage, rotation, and waste controls
• complete weekly inventory logs, daily prep lists, and shift waste records
• monitor food holding and refrigeration temperatures.
