What you'll do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• develop individualized treatment programs
• provide skilled interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• track outcomes and adjust treatment approaches
• educate residents, families, and caregivers
• maintain clinical documentation
• coordinate care with physical and occupational therapists, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
