What you'll do

• Perform jewelry repairs including sizing, soldering, stone setting, and polishing
• examine pieces to determine repair needs
• use hand tools, laser welding, and jewelry equipment
• prioritize work to meet promised turnaround times
• inspect finished pieces
• maintain an organized work area and care for tools
• follow safety and chemical-handling procedures
• communicate with internal teams about repair questions and timelines.
