Senior Cloud Network Engineer

The Senior Cloud Network Engineer role is onsite in Gilbert, AZ, with a stated base salary of $160,000–$180,000 per year and 10% bonus potential. Kinective builds technology connecting tools and delivering real-time data for banks and credit unions. This product-facing engineer owns and evolves cloud and customer-facing network infrastructure to support product reliability, security, and compliance. The role designs and operates multi-cloud networks, manages client connectivity, and delivers infrastructure changes as code while partnering with engineering, security, and customer teams.

What you'll do

• Design and operate AWS and Azure network architectures
• enforce production and non-production segmentation
• manage routing, peering, and network observability
• design and maintain IPsec and SSL/TLS VPN tunnels
• lead client onboarding and connectivity troubleshooting
• support SOC 2 and PCI DSS audits and network controls
• author reusable OpenTofu/Terraform modules
• maintain monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and documentation
• participate in the on-call rotation
• mentor junior engineers.
