What you'll do

• Plan, prepare, and lead individual and group activities
• adapt programming to residents’ memory care needs, mobility levels, and interests
• encourage participation respectfully
• document involvement and report changes in mood, behavior, or ability to the care team
• set up and clean activity spaces and manage supplies
• escort residents to and from activities and provide supportive supervision
• collaborate with nursing and care staff.
