Medical Assistant – Primary Care

What you'll do

• Greet patients, triage calls, handle follow-ups, log telephone encounters, and protect patient privacy
• room patients and record vital signs, allergies, chief complaints, and medication changes
• administer medications and assist with vaccinations and injections
• support refills and prior authorizations
• perform venipunctures, specimen collection, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
• assist with in-office procedures
• sterilize instruments, stock supplies, sanitize exam rooms, and dispose of biohazard materials.

Why this role
