Facilities Technician (HVAC / Electrical) — Day Shift

The Facilities Technician (HVAC / Electrical) role is 100% onsite in Milpitas, CA, with a 6:00 a.m. start time. Pay is $32–$35 per hour, based on experience. What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and compressed dry air systems
• support critical utilities
• perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns
• troubleshoot facility electrical systems
• use Building Management Systems and facility controls
• interpret technical documentation
• measure and verify DC power and other electrical parameters
• assist with clean room support when required
• document maintenance and equipment performance
• collaborate to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
