Renewable Land Agent / Landman — Solar and BESS

What you'll do

• Conduct field outreach to identify and secure acreage through lease or purchase options for utility-scale solar and BESS projects
• draft and negotiate option agreements, leases, purchase options, and surface-use or easement agreements
• evaluate title risks, zoning, environmental constraints, and utility proximity
• clear severe encumbrances
• coordinate with GIS, legal, and project development teams
• travel to local field sites and county courthouses.
