What you'll do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations
• provide staff feedback and conduct performance reviews
• assign and adjust work based on staffing and occupancy
• monitor training, cleaning standards, attendance, uniforms, and payroll budgets
• schedule special cleaning
• coordinate linen inventory and handling
• report ready rooms to the front desk
• enforce security and safety procedures
• respond to guest and management requests. May perform housekeeper duties when staffing is inadequate.
