What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis
• document care and adjust treatment plans as indicated
• educate patients and families
• provide safe hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with care staff
• administer prescribed medications
• assist with emergency response
• support staff training as assigned
• ensure laboratory collection and processing
• update nursing assessments and plans of care with the interdisciplinary team
• inform patients about transplant and treatment modality options
• float to area sites within 50 miles.
