What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing program transition from prototype to structured production
• develop an integrated manufacturing roadmap
• coordinate readiness reviews, build planning, rate readiness, and factory sequencing
• align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and test
• integrate configuration management, work instructions, quality gates, and acceptance procedures
• manage cost, schedule, technical performance, forecasting, and production cost models
• address bottlenecks and supply disruptions
• support customer reviews, audits, and contract negotiations
• identify and mitigate manufacturing risks
• ensure compliance with export controls, quality standards, and contract requirements
• domestic travel as required.
