What you'll do

• Partner with the Regional Executive Director on short- and long-term planning and change initiatives
• lead hiring, training, coaching, development, and performance management
• support resident engagement and retention and resolve grievances
• mentor and train Directors
• manage staffing levels and budgets
• coordinate sales activities and goals with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director
• review budgets and spenddown reports
• partner with Human Resources on employee matters
• monitor building and facility needs
• audit state compliance and maintain licensure and records
• support investigations and self-reports
• ensure 24/7 coverage for urgent needs or emergencies through personal on-call duty or an established rotation.
