What you'll do

• Assess operational demands with group- and squadron-level units
• design and implement strength and conditioning programs for strength, endurance, mobility, agility, injury prevention, recovery, and performance
• provide individual coaching and exercise demonstrations
• educate personnel through workshops and instruction
• coordinate monthly workshops with Physical Therapy
• refer injury concerns to Physical Therapy
• provide aggregate, non-identifiable trend observations to leadership.
