What you'll do

• Develop detailed estimates for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and disposal or recycling costs
• analyze project plans and specifications
• obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• prepare bid proposals, cost summaries, and schedules
• collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams
• track historical cost and productivity data
• support proposal strategy, client meetings, post-bid reviews, change orders, and project cost tracking.
