What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on standby generator systems
• troubleshoot and repair gas and diesel engines
• repair and adjust transfer switches
• perform major unit repairs
• install and test new generator units
• respond quickly to jobsites in emergencies
• complete work orders and reports
• prepare repair quotes
• follow safety requirements and use PPE.
