Accounting Associate

Job overview

The Accounting Associate role is onsite during training in Charlotte, NC; a hybrid schedule may be established after successful completion of training. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The position is part of LaBella Associates’ Accounting Department. The associate manages monthly project billing for multiple project managers and works with project staff and the accounting team to produce accurate, timely invoices. Reporting and data analysis provide additional financial support to the department.

Why this role

Three or more years of accounting experience required, preferably in architecture, engineering, consulting, or professional services. Billing knowledge required; accounts receivable or payable experience is a plus.
