What you'll do
- Lead and schedule cashiers and shift leads
- hire, train, and coach staff
- keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- place vendor orders and verify deliveries against invoices
- count cash and tobacco and control shrink
- oversee food safety and the hot food program
- report weekly numbers to the owner.
