What you'll do

• Prepare and distribute estimates based on customer RFQs
• maintain quote records
• work with Purchasing to source materials and pricing
• assist Sales and Customer Service with quote revisions
• maintain estimating-software parameters
• compile actuals
• manage RFQs from receipt through submission
• generate line-item pricing and upload to customer portals
• track deadlines
• review production feasibility
• collaborate on strategic pricing
• identify cost savings through press selection, materials, and production methods.
