• implement scheduling, routing, production, and quality-control systems
• lead crew leaders, field teams, and subcontractors
• recruit, train, and retain employees
• drive contract and project growth
• manage budgets, job costing, margins, labor efficiency, and production rates
• maintain key client relationships
• work with ownership on strategic initiatives.
