What you'll do

• Audit 340B claims using clinical and encounter data
• monitor prescriptions across contract pharmacy channels
• reconcile inventory and drug replenishment
• identify potential diversion and duplicate discount concerns
• maintain data filters, provider files, and location information
• prepare compliance reports, metrics, and audit documentation
• collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and pharmacy contacts to resolve data and workflow issues.
