What you'll do

• Support recruitment, selection, orientation, training, employee development, scheduling, and payroll management. Ensure policies and procedures are followed to support customer satisfaction
• maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
• audit preventive maintenance and document building or equipment issues
• maintain retail presentation and inventory
• train employees in sales and upselling
• audit wash/dry/fold logs and address customer concerns
• and execute promotional programs.
